Easeaccounting spent several years developing and perfecting the easeaccounting solution. The idea was developed after our founding Director became frustrated with his inability to access his most recent accounting data easily.

As a business owner he had a strong desire to monitor and measure his business's financials on a regular basis. This meant weekly input from his accountant and hence the need to continually back up and send files to his accountants to be worked on remotely. These files then had to be returned and uploaded. This process was cumbersome, time consuming and often resulted in lost or corrupted data.

Asking the question, 'How can my Accountant and I access to the same information, without the need to copy and transfer files', led to the development of a solution that is set to revolutionises the way Accountants and their business clients interact.

From the outset extensive research was done to identify ways to apply today's technology to common and frustrating problems that accountants and their clients face on a daily basis. That research highlighted 6 key areas that needed to be addressed:
